Group therapy offers a unique and powerful healing experience that is different from individual work. Facilitated by a licensed psychologist, our small groups (6–10 members) provide a structured, confidential environment where members learn from one another as much as from the therapist.

Being part of a group helps people realise they are not alone in their struggles. Hearing how others cope with similar challenges, receiving feedback, and practising interpersonal skills in a safe setting accelerates growth in ways that one-on-one therapy sometimes cannot.

Current Group Programmes

  • Anxiety Management Group — Weekly sessions using CBT techniques to reduce anxiety and build resilience.
  • Depression Recovery Group — A supportive group for adults working through mild-to-moderate depression.
  • Grief & Loss Group — A compassionate space for those navigating bereavement and life transitions.
  • Interpersonal Skills Group — Helping adults who struggle with social anxiety and building meaningful connections.

Confidentiality

All group members commit to a confidentiality agreement at the start. What is shared in the group stays in the group.
