Group Therapy
Structured therapeutic groups led by licensed psychologists — a powerful way to connect, heal, and grow alongside others.
Group therapy offers a unique and powerful healing experience that is different from individual work. Facilitated by a licensed psychologist, our small groups (6–10 members) provide a structured, confidential environment where members learn from one another as much as from the therapist.
Being part of a group helps people realise they are not alone in their struggles. Hearing how others cope with similar challenges, receiving feedback, and practising interpersonal skills in a safe setting accelerates growth in ways that one-on-one therapy sometimes cannot.

Confidentiality
All group members commit to a confidentiality agreement at the start. What is shared in the group stays in the group.
